What currency are the products displayed in?
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax. All totals will be billed in Australian dollars.
What forms of payments are accepted?
All orders are to be paid for at the time of order via Visa or Mastercard
What do i do if my order is incomplete?
If your order is missing any items please email the Mobil Oil Australia Account Manager on gina@brandrepublic.com.au
How do I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Any required changes need to be emailed to the Mobil Oil Australia Account Manager gina@brandrepublic.com.au. Every attempt will be made to make changes to the order but are not guaranteed.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse by either TNT or Direct Freight.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Most items re available for dispatch/collection within 24-48 hours after your order is received. We will advise you when your order is ready and/or on its way to you.
Merchandise orders with custom branding vary in timing, we estimate between 2-4 weeks
