When will my order be shipped?
For in stock items we aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order.
What type of shipping is available?
Fees are automatically calculated depending on the value of your order. Orders are dispatched via TNT or Direct Freight. The approximate delivery times are:

What happens if my items are damaged in transit or in an unsatisfactory condition?
Please email the Mobil Oil Australia Account Manager, Kim Brooker kim@brandrepublic.com.au, including your order number and contact details, please also supply as much information and photos so we can get back to you quickly.
How do i return items?
Please choose your items carefully - we want you to enjoy your merchandise as soon as you receive it. To return an item, please contact the Mobil Oil Australia Account Manager, Kim Brooker via email kim@brandrepublic.com.au so our warehouse team is aware of your returned item.
Goods must be returned within 30 days and must be in original condition, clothing must be unworn and unwashed and in original packaging. All products returned will be inspected to ensure the product is refundable and meets our requirements. Please include a copy of the dispatch slip that was included with your order for our reference.
We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery or Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsible of the customer.
For all clothing orders, please choose your sizing carefully prior to submitting your order as the Mobil Merchandise store does not accept any responsibility for incorrect size or any other incorrect selection.
